This policy explains what information More Than Monday collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. It covers this website only — not any account you may hold elsewhere, or information you share with Sean Loomis directly as part of an advisory or insurance relationship, which is handled under separate agreements and disclosures.
Information we collect
Browser information. Like most websites, we automatically receive some technical information when you visit — your browser type, general device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This comes through standard web server logs and analytics tools, not anything you type in.
Information you give us. If you use the Contact or "Get Started" forms, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and a description of your situation. You control what you share here; nothing is required beyond what the form marks as required.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — which pages get read, how people move through the site, and what content is and isn't useful. Analytics data is aggregated and isn't used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site work, but won't prevent you from reading any page.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your question, follow up about a possible conversation with Sean, and keep an accurate record of that contact. We use browser and analytics information to keep the site working well and to understand which content is helpful. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to send marketing email you didn't ask for.
How your information is shared
Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party form service — they process the submission and pass it to us; we don't control their systems beyond that. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare. Neither vendor uses your information for its own purposes. Beyond these vendors, we share your information only with Sean Loomis and PFS Investments Inc. as needed to respond to you, or where the law requires it.
Where your information is stored
Information submitted through this site is stored and processed on servers located in the United States.
Data security
We use reasonable, commercially standard measures to protect information submitted through this site and to limit who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Links to other websites
This site sometimes links to third-party websites, including government resources like HealthCare.gov, Medicare.gov, and the Social Security Administration. We aren't responsible for those sites' privacy practices — check their own policies before sharing information with them.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults planning their own retirement and benefits decisions. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll remove it.
Your privacy choices
You can decline cookies in your browser at any time. If you'd like us to delete information you've submitted through a form, contact us and we'll remove it from our records, except where we're required to keep it.
