About

Most people make this decision once.

Leaving work before Medicare is not one decision. It is a stack of them, arriving at the same time, with deadlines attached and a few that cannot be reversed.

More Than Monday exists for that stretch — from your last paycheck to Medicare and Social Security.

Why this window

Health coverage, income, and taxes get treated as three separate errands. They are not. What you withdraw changes what your coverage costs. When you start Social Security changes what you can convert. Moving an account can close a door you did not know was open.

The rules are knowable. What is usually missing is someone connecting them to each other, in writing, before anything is signed.

What we do

We build a written plan for the order of your decisions — what to handle now, what can wait, and what to leave alone for the moment. You leave with the reasoning, not just the recommendation.

We are just as willing to tell you that a move is fine as to tell you it is not.

Who this is for

People roughly 55 to 64 who are leaving work before Medicare starts — whether that was their choice or somebody else's. A departure date in mind, a package on the table, or a decision in front of you that is hard to undo.

It is a poor fit if you are looking for stock picks, market timing, or performance promises. That is not the work.

Who you would be working with
